Volkswagen owners should be nervous about emissions scandal, experts say

Automobile recalls, even huge, highly publicized ones, typically don't hurt new or used car sales, but the Volkswagen scandal involving tricking emissions testers is different and could be cause for worry among VW diesel vehicle owners, experts say. At least one class-action lawsuit has already been filed on behalf of Volkswagen and Audi owners.
