RoHS-compliant VCO delivers +6 dBm of output power into 50 Ω load while operating off 5 Vdc supply and drawing 24 mA of current. Housed in 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.22 in. MINI-16-SM package, oscillator features typ second harmonic suppression of -18 dBc and industrial operating temperature of -40 to +85°C.
