With 0.3–4.9 V control voltage range, CVCO55CC-3400-3400 features max phase noise of -112 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and max output power of +7.0 dBm. Input voltage is 5 V typ, with max current consumption of 35 mA, while pulling and pushing are respectively minimized to 0.3 MHz and 0.1 MHz/V. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typ. Supplied in 0.5 x 0.5 in. SMD package, VCO suits such applications as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satcom systems, and base stations.
