Along with control voltage from 0.5–4.5 V, CVCO55FL-0271-0310 features typical phase noise of -114 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and typical output power of +0 dBm. Input voltage is 5 V typ, with max current consumption of 5 mA; pulling and pushing are respectively minimized to 2.0 MHz and 1.0 MHz/V; and second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typ. Supplied in 0.5 x 0.5 in. SMD package, VCO suits such applications as digital radio equipment, satcom systems, and base stations.
