Supplied in 0.5 x 0.5 in. SMD package, CVCO55CC-3420-3430 features control voltage range of 0.5–4.5 V, typical phase noise of -110 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset, and typical output power of +2.0 dBm. Input voltage is 5.0 V typ with max current consumption of 23 mA. Pulling and pushing are respectively minimized to 1.0 MHz and 1.0 MHz/V, and second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typ. Applications include digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satcom systems, and base stations.
