Input voltage is 3 V with max current consumption of 15 mA, and pulling and pushing are minimized to 0.5 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively. Housed in 0.5 x 0.5 in. SMD package, USA-made VCO is suited for digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, and satellite communications systems.
