Volvo-Eicher Commercial Vehicles: Volvo sells 4.7% of its stake in Eicher Motors India for INR 1,920 crore Swedish commercial vehicle major AB Volvo today sold around 4.7% of its stake in Eicher Motors for over INR 1,920 crore . In a statement released by Eicher Motors Ltd, a company spokesperson said, "AB Volvo has today divested 12.7 lakh shares, representing approximately 4.7% of Eicher Motors Limited's equity capital."
