Walter Energy Inc., the Alabama coal company once spun out of Tampa's Jim Walter home building business, is dwindling fast. Its stock continued to plummet Wednesday, dropping more than 20 percent to 37 cents after the company said there's "substantial doubt" about its ability to continue as a going concern.
