Featuring Permalign® EDGE technology, EDGE X-5 can cut chamfers, weld bevels, and sophisticated 3D parts from virtually any material. Five-axis system includes AquaVision Di® Controller with open architecture design that enables operators to fine-tune programs from any CAD/CAM/nesting software, using standard G&M code. Ranging in size from 5 x 5 to 24 x 13 ft, system is ball-screw driven with direct-coupled AC brushless digital servo motors, single or double carriages, and 30–200 hp pumps.
