Water problems in Oklahoma could be tied to spring flooding

The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality said some towns in Oklahoma are currently experiencing water problems that may be related to the excess rain and flooding this spring. DEQ communications director Skylar McElhaney said it's not unusual for water systems to become contaminated, but there are more incidents this year.
