Available in four 1- and 2-channel models with Trueform signal-generation technology, 33600A Series generates waveforms up to 120 MHz at 1 GSa/s sampling rate with less than 1 ps jitter. Units offer total harmonic distortion of less than 0.03% and non-harmonic spurs below -75 dBc, enabling generation of clean signals for accurate results. Rise and fall times of 3 ns allow users to accurately set trigger points, while low voltage range of 1 mVpp enables output changes down to 1 µV.
