Designed for unwind tension zones, Model Z4-UL utilizes load cell feedback for tension measurement with full range of functions to maximize production, including soft start, anti-coast, flying splice, and web break detection. Unit includes 7 in. HD web tension control interface and 7-day trend storage capability for recording production run data. Available as circuit board only, with enclosure, or for remote installation, Z4-UL is compatible with pneumatic or electric brakes/clutches and drives.
