What Cost Congestion?

In an updated study called Economic Impacts of Congestion, the PBA noted the concerns of many of its members that trucks are getting bogged down at freeway interchanges and freight is being delayed. Bill Wyatt, Director of the Port of Portland, said that companies such as Hampton Affiliates, Roseburg Forest Products, Intel, Kroger, Columbia Sportswear and Schnitzer Steel have been impacted.
