(Telecompaper) Users of the messaging service WhatsApp are already making over 100 million voice calls every day just over a year since the feature finished rolling out to Android and iOS users. In a brief blog post, WhatsApp said the figure was equivalent to 1,100 calls a second and that it was committed to making the feature even better for its 1 billion users in the months to come. WhatsApp started full end-to-end encryption across its messaging app last April and some websites such as FoneArena reported that the company has started testing a video calling feature.
