A few weeks ago, I blogged about my sisters frustration with the school lunch program on the first day a meatless menu was offered in her school cafeteria. Since that post, I received many emails from individuals who have also had some experience in the new school lunch program changes, and it appears there are some individuals working to make sure beef stays in schools.
