I have enjoyed watching the Olympic coverage the last week or so. Its amazing to me what these talented athletes are capable of doing. From curling, to bobsledding, to skiing and figure skating, there are so many fun events to watch during the Olympics. One of my favorite stories from the Olympics has been that of U.S. gold medalist Kaitlyn Farrington, who won the womens snowboard halfpipe last week in Sochi. BEEF Daily read more
