Whittier approves 50-unit apartment complex as part of Whittier Boulevard makeover

Park Place, located next to Anaconda Park, will be a $12-$15 million luxury residential complex of 18 one-bedroom and 32 two-bedroom apartments, according to Ron Mayhew, a partner of developer Western Residential Partners LLC. The design calls for the building to wrap around the property, 14660 Whittier Blvd., which is nearly triangular.
