Long before Turning the Table on Hunger was launched, Whole Foods Market was sending prepared food to the WestTown day shelter to cover lunch service one day a month. But when chef Jonathan Trotter, who oversees the market's prepared foods operation, saw news coverage of the program, it inspired him to take the volunteerism to the next level.
