While Arctic Cat had an exceptional earnings run in 2013, I believe that the competitive pressures posed by Polaris will prove too great for Arctic Cat. Although Arctic Cat looks undervalued relative to Polaris on a P/E basis, I believe that Arctic Cat simply has a lower P/E due to low earnings growth prospects.
