Rye whiskey, a spicy distilled spirit that's increasingly garnered the attention of the Kentucky distilling industry, has been in the midst of a comeback for a couple of years now. The Distilled Spirits Council of the United States , an industry trade group, gave us some quantitative proof of that in a news release.
