While Jacksonville-based Body Central is going through extreme financial difficulties and maybe even bankruptcy, it's far from alone. Body Central's plummeting profits come at a time when teen retailers, specifically fast fashion retailers, are facing major losses, from Wet Seal, which announced it would close 388 stores - including two stores in Jacksonville - to Abercrombie & Fitch , which has announced a major decline in profits.
