By providing incremental power to wind operators using GE's 1.5-77 Turbine, PowerUp can increase output by up to 5%. Specifically, adjustments to performance dials – speed, torque, pitch, aerodynamics, and turbine controls – maximize power output of wind farm. Customized software-enabled platform, when activated, performs complete before-and-after wind farm power performance analysis to validate performance improvement.
