Windstream makes change in top leadership

Windstream Holdings Inc., which employs some 650 workers in the Rochester area, on Thursday announced a change in its top leadership. The Arkansas-based company, which acquired Paetec Holding Corp. in 2011, announced Tony Thomas has been appointed president and CEO effective immediately.
