Winter paving to close lanes on NE 28th Avenue from NE Glisan Street to NE Broadway through Dec. 1st

The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that street improvements will require lane closures on NE 28th Avenue from NE Glisan Street to NE Broadway from Tuesday, November 18 through Monday, December 1st, 7 a.m. through 5 p.m. each weekday. This project may also include some weekend work.
