Vom 8. bis 10. Juni 2016 kamen in Albanien internationale Experten mit Wissenschaftlern aus Albanien zusammen, um über die Zukunft der Vjosa zu diskutieren. Sie verabschiedeten ein gemeinsames Forderungspapier, das an das albanische Umweltministerium übergeben wurde.
