Western Power has emerged with arguably its most high-profile board in the State Government utility's history following the appointment today of Sharon Warburton and Vicki Krause as the latest non-executive directors. Ms Warburton, the executive director of strategy and finance at Brookfield Multiplex, also sits on the board of Fortescue Metals Group and is becoming one of corporate Australia's most high-profile female directors and a champion of boardroom gender diversity.
