Worker tells of masonry falling from landmark

An Auckland office worker in a building opposite the Heritage Auckland said a chunk of masonry came away from a windowsill area last summer. The worker, formerly of Goodman Fielder, said that early last year, a lump of masonry came off the side of the building at around the third level and fell off the Wyndham St facade, landing on the verandah of the hotel.
