The Washington Post has an interesting piece about a home in Washington, D.C. going on the market for $3.25 million after a brutal quadruple homicide occurred there earlier this year, and, more broadly, about what happens to houses in which someone has been murdered. Often they have to lower their prices below market value to overcome "the stigma," as brokers refer to it.
