The widow of one of four workers killed in a Houston-area DuPont chemical plant leak has filed a wrongful death lawsuit seeking more than $1 million. The lawsuit filed Monday in Houston names E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Co., plus the manager of the plant in La Porte.
