CPI’s X-band SSPA covers the 8.8 to 9.6 GHz frequency range and has been designed for use in radar applications. It utilizes high efficiency GaN transistors combined into 900 W air cooled bricks. The result is a solid state power amplifier with high gain, high efficiency, pulse fidelity, excellent AM/PM phase-noise, and spectral regrowth performance.
