Yamamoto hires executives from General Mills and Periscope

Minneapolis-based advertising agency Yamamoto has hired Andy Thieman to be its executive creative director and Lori Sharbono as director of business development. Thieman worked at Golden Valley-based General Mills from 2013 until June as creative lead, assisting brands with marketing and advertising and serving as an in-between for the marketing department and its many outside agencies.
