The proprietor of a used car dealership has pleaded not guilty to five counts of felony embezzlement and two counts of theft from an elderly person, following an eight-month Sheriff's Department investigation. Multiple accusations of embezzlement at Armstrong's Auto Sales , 56397 Twentynine Palms Highway, prompted the Sheriff's Department to launch the investigation on July 7, the department said in a statement.
