Hinga Mbogo owner and operator of a Ross Avenue car repair shop, was congratulated by supporters Gerald Davis and Angela Davis, after appearing before the Dallas City Plan Commission to plead his case to keep his shop in June 2013. The commission granted an extension of two years.
