Zuckerberg declines UK parliament request to testify over CA scandal

(Telecompaper) Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has declined the request of a UK parliament committee to testify over the company's role in the Cambridge Analytica scandal. In a letter to Damian Collins, the chairman of the Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Committee, Facebook said its CTO and chief product officer would appear instead of Zuckerberg.
