Northrop Grumman Corp. has formed a new team to compete to host an airborne battle management program on a smaller airframe. Northrop Grumman is partnering with Gulfstream and its parent company, General Dynamics , as well as L-3 Communications , to compete for the Air Force's Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System Recapitalization Program, or JSTARS Recap, according to a June 12 press release.
