The 67.3-acre site where Amazon Web Services plans to locate a Big Data operation in New Albany has sold for a solid chunk of change. Public records show New Albany Company Ltd. affiliate MBJ Holdings LLC sold the property at 8900 Smith's Mill Road NW and Innovation Campus for nearly $12.8 million, or $190,000 per acre.
