Footwear maker Skechers USA Inc. has tapped controversial baseball legend Pete Rose to star in a commercial to air during the Super Bowl. The spot, created by Siltanen & Partners, marks the fifth time Manhattan Beach-based Skechers has appeared during the Super Bowl, after a break in 2014.
