GEORGE TOWN: The eSerahan Tukar Milik , or electronic vehicle ownership transfer system, can only be implemented after approval by the Finance Ministry, said Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai. The system allows sellers and buyers of used cars to complete the transfer process without the need for them to be present at Road Transport Department offices.
