The Deal : Lattice Semiconductor Corporation and Silicon Image, Inc. announced Tuesday, that Lattice will acquire Silicon Image in an all-cash tender offer of $7.30 per share, for an equity value of approximately $600 million. The Deal : Huron Consulting Group Inc. announced Tuesday, that it has entered into an agreement to acquire professional services firm Studer Group for $325 million, including $323 million in cash and $2 million in Huron common stock.
