SE 20th and Haig Sewer Construction Update: March 10, 2015

Construction has begun on an Environmental Services project to replace aging sewer pipes on SE 20th Avenue from SE Lafayette to Haig streets, and on SE Haig Street from SE 20th to 18th avenues. The pipes are over 100 years old and in poor condition. The project will protect the public and the environment by reducing the possibility of costly breaks, leaks, blockages and sewage releases to homes, businesses and streets.
