Suited for OEM use in laser systems, T165 Laser Pulser incorporates edge triggered pulse generator with 150 psec nominal rise and fall times into butterfly or TO-packaged laser. Laser current, bias, and pulse widths can be set via onboard trimpots or external analog inputs. Edge-triggered pulse generator is adjustable from 200 psec to 2 nsec, and pulsed laser current is adjustable up to 750 mA.
