Producing light in 850 or 940 nm range, 2  x 2 in. LEDLB-1-IR improves range and resolution of night vision cameras and devices reliant on IR light. IR beam reaches up to 225 ft long in spot configuration and 45 ft long x 40 ft wide in flood. IP68 waterproof to 3 m of submersion, housing is constructed of extruded aluminum with unbreakable polycarbonate lens. Micron samples more compact single-sided DDR3 module

Micron announced it's sampling new single-sided, low-profile DDR3 SODIMM. When bundled with the new single-sided DDR3 SODIMM connector from TE Connectivity, the total z-height of the solution from the motherboard is just 3mm, compared to 4.6mm for standard SODIMM.
