Supplied in 14 x 9.0 x 6.5 mm package, IQOV-162 series is available in 10&ndash;100 MHz frequency range and provides frequency stability down to ±5 ppb from -40 to +85°C. OCXO operates from 3.3 V supply, consumes 600 mA during warm up, and takes <5 min to be within <100 ppb of final specification and 300 mA max at steady state at 25°C. Output can be specified as HCMOS, 15 pF load, or Sinewave into 50 &Omega; load, and phase noise performance is better than -150 dBc/Hz @ 1 kHz offset. Featuring 10&ndash;50 MHz range and typ phase noise performance of -145 dBC/Hz @ 100 kHz, IQMT-100 series Microcomputer Compensated Crystal Oscillator (MCXO) comes in ceramic package and consumes <15 mA. Design enables frequency stability of ±50 ppb over -40 to +85°C operating range while maintaining typ short term stability of 2E-10/s. Output compatibility can be specified as Clipped Sine or HCMOS with 15 pF load along with 3.0, 3.3, and 5.0 V supply voltages. Voltage control option is available.
