New fencing has been installed by Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility adjacent to Alaska Railroad tracks as part of the Fish Creek Sewer Upgrade Project in west Anchorage. The fence along the tracks at right is installed temporarily while the permanent fence at left is being completed.
