Forest River Suing Winnebago for Infringement

Elkhart, Ind.-based Forest River Inc. has filed a lawsuit against Winnebago Industries Inc. for trademark and trade dress infringement and unfair competition. Winnebago spokesmen declined comment on the pending litigation.
