Featuring quiescent current of ~30 µA and output voltage accuracy of ±2%, APE8800A-HF-3 positive linear regulators can supply 300 mA output current with drop-out voltage of 250 mV. Current limit protection and thermal shutdown features are also standard, and LDOs can operate with low ESR ceramic output capacitors as small as 1 µF for stability. Available with fixed output voltages from 1.2–5 V, regulators come in RoHS-/REACH-compliant, halogen-free, 5-lead SOT-23-5 and TSOT-23-5 packages.
