CCL and Korsini to build IML factory in the US

CCL Industries has signed an agreement to build a manufacturing plant for in-mould-labels in Memphis, Tennessee, with Korsini, a European IML producer in Izmir, Turkey. The partners will invest approximately $20m, in a combination of debt and equity, each owning 50% of the company, expected to start operations mid-2016, trading as CCL-Korsini.
