Linde to Invest More Than $200 million in Texas Air Separation Facility

Linde North America will invest more than $200 million to build a large air separation unit (ASU), a new gasification train and supporting equipment and facilities in La Porte, Texas. The plants are scheduled to come on-stream in the first quarter of 2015.

Telecom Italia Board approves project for network separation

(Telecompaper) The board of directors of Telecom Italia has approved the corporate reorganisation of its access network. In a statement, the operator said it will give immediate information om the project to the Italian Communications Authority (AgCom), which is responsible for the assessment of the effects on the regulations in force. The new company will merge all the activities and resources related to the development and management of the passive access network, both copper and fibre, as well as the active component of the fibre represented by OLT (Optical Line Termination) and cabinets.
