RECRUITER Key Tasks and Responsibilities Working as part of a international team, you will have the following responsibilities Seeking out the best applicants from around the globe Providing an outstanding recruiting experience for all candidates from application to onboarding Sourcing of candidates using social media and professional networking sites Looking for new ways to attract applicants Qualifying vacancies with Business Developers Prescreening candidates to produce shortlists Conducting interviews by telephone, facetoface or via Skype Maintaining our extensive candidate database Attending space conferences, seminars and workshops as required. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Relevant experience in a similar role Strong people and negotiation skills A degree or equivalent in a relevant field Excellent eRecruiting skills Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of another European language is considered an asset Very good knowledge of MS Office, familiarity with MS Sharepoint is beneficial Familiarity with the space business or technology sector advantageous. This job is 40 hours per week and will be located in either Bremen or Noordwijk. We are looking for candidates who are available from 1 October or as soon as possible thereafter.
