Sock-maker Interloop plans IPO to expand into denim

Pakistan-based hosiery manufacturer Interloop, which supplies brands including Nike, Puma and Adidas, is planning to float on the country's stock market as it looks to expand into new growth areas such as knitted apparel and denim.

Avast plans IPO in London, proceeds reported to reach USD 1 bln

(Telecompaper) Consumer antivirus supplier Avast Software said it hopes to list its share on the London Stock Exchange in early May, Reuters reported. The company said it will apply for the listing, which it hopes will raise USD 200 million in primary proceeds through the free float of at least 25 percent of its share capital.

Netgear plans IPO for Arlo ops amid record group revenues in Q4

(Telecompaper) Netgear has decided to separate its Arlo security camera operations from the main business, probably through an IPO. Matthew McRae will lead the new company. He recently joined Netgear as SVP of Strategy, coming from Vizio, where he was CTO and head of marketing.

Rovio sets IPO price range, plans market cap of almost EUR 900 million

(Telecompaper) Rovio, the Finnish maker of the 'Angry Birds' game, has set the price range for its initial public offering of shares at EUR 10.25-11.50 per share. If confirmed, this would give the company a market capitalisation of almost EUR 900 million.
